              Emotion Code

              Picture
Many people wonder, “Why would I need to do this Emotion Code therapy?”

We go through many traumas and issues during our lives that illicit certain emotions from us, that today we typically call “triggers”.  “So and so triggers this response in me.”  “This behavior or those words trigger this response in me.”  How many times have you heard yourself try to explain away a negative emotional reaction to a recent event?  I know I have and I am sure that I am not the only one in the world who has done this!

These “triggers” are trapped emotions that get lodged in our bodies at the original event causing us discomfort throughout our lives by causing pain and at the worse disease.  The Emotion Code releases these trapped emotions and relieves us of pain and discomfort they cause.  The best explanation I can give is its takes that trigger and dissipates it to a point that when a new event occurs that would be a trigger, an objectivity comes over a person and the new and old event (even brought to mind) has no emotional pull to a negative state.

How does all this occur?  Good question.

When you make an appointment and come into my office, using kinesiology or muscle testing, I muscle test by asking you to state your name.  A positive response gives a strong test as I try to bring your arm down, a negative response will allow me to draw your arm down to your side or it will test weak.  This gives me a baseline to make sure you are able to be tested.  If you aren’t able to be tested, I then use myself or someone else as a surrogate.  More on that at another time.  Once we have a baseline test, I use a chart of emotions created my Dr. Brad Nelson that are separated into columns and rows to quickly move through the 60 emotions on the list.  Your subconscious knows what it wants and is ready to release: these subconscious memories are always with us if not in conscious memory then buried deep within us.  We must tap into these subconscious memories and bring those memories from the depths to the conscious mind to be released.

At this point you may be thinking, “Oh my, I certainly don’t want to relive those times or tell you about them.”  Good news!  You don’t have to.  You don’t have to share what the original event was or what you felt about it.  For example, during a session we could find the emotion of “unworthy” at age 16, comes up to be released.  When I inform you of the emotion and age that comes up, you can either say, “Yep, sounds right”, or “No, have no idea what that’s about”, or just a plain “Yes”, and let it drop.  I don’t need nor do I want to know your deep seated emotional battles.  At this point, I use professional magnets and run these magnets down your governing meridian (down your back) with the intention to release this emotion.  The magnets magnify my intention to compassionately and lovingly release this trapped emotion from you.  Once I run the magnets down your back a few times, I retest to verify the emotion released.  It is this simple, yet so, so powerful.  Imagine being cleared of that feeling of unworthiness and moving on with your life in the realization that you are a valued member of society.  Imagine!

Once any emotion is released that emotion can be experienced for a short time; this is called “processing”.  This lasts about 72 hours, or as short as a 20 minute nap.  I personally have released trapped emotions from myself where I felt immediately afterward that I needed to lay down and rest; I awoke after 20-30 minutes feeling wonderfully peaceful.  Everyone is different with their processing, but it is nothing to fear, only to be embraced knowing it is gone for good.  And I again say, this is nothing to fear, but to be embraced as that emotion or set of emotions will be gone forever.

So, why do the Emotion Code?  Why wouldn’t you want to?  And, who needs it?  Don’t we all?  I say each and every one of us!  I know from personal experience, that I am a better person today, for having had the work that I have done on myself, which I continue on a regular basis.  Dr. Nelson states that each of us have 300-400 trapped emotions that hinder our lives in one way or another.  I feel I am much more my authentic self and the person I was truly meant to be!  I wish that for all of us and I would be honored to assist you in eliminating your trapped emotions.
